One of the best parts of UNICEF Kid Power is the opportunity for us to partner with others who also put children first. Most days this means you — awesome teachers who bring empowering experiences into the classroom.
Today, we have a few more awesome superstars joining the UNICEF Kid Power team. We are incredibly excited to announce our new partnership with WWE.
About WWE
WWE is focused on positively impacting children and families around the world. As part of this partnership, WWE is committed to bringing empowering experiences to kids and classrooms across the United States. So we’re thrilled that WWE Superstars your students know and love are making their debut in Kid Power Ups, creating a collection of WWE videos to choose from and integrate in the classroom.
Powering Up to Save Lives
If you’re new to us, Kid Power Ups are short, interactive videos designed to get kids moving, playing and learning. They are designed to power up their minds and bodies, so they realize their activity can and will save lives.
How do Kid Power Ups save lives?
For every ten Kid Power Ups completed, it unlocks a packet of therapeutic food that UNICEF delivers to severely malnourished children around the world. A full-course treatment of 150 packets will save the life of a child suffering from severe acute malnutrition.
An EmPOWERing Journey
Kids innately want to help. When they know that their activity is saving lives and helping other children, students become empowered. Now they’ll get extra validation when they do Kid Power Ups featuring WWE Superstars Bayley, No Way Jose, Naomi, Tyler Breeze and more. (Dancing with No Way Jose? Yes, please!)
If you’re already signed up for UNICEF Kid Power, great work! Starting February 1, you’ll see Kid Power Ups featuring WWE Superstars in your Kid Power Dashboard.
Get Started Now
If you’re new to UNICEF Kid Power, start now! It’s FREE and takes 1 minute to sign up. Plus, it takes only a few minutes per day to take your students on this meaningful journey in class.
More Fun to Come
This is just the beginning for WWE and UNICEF Kid Power! Along the road to WrestleMania 35, we will work with WWE to engage schools and celebrate the accomplishments of students committed to helping end global malnutrition with UNICEF Kid Power. Keep your eyes out for stories of these future Superstars getting active to save lives.
