Terms and Conditions: Kid Power Summer Giveaway – No Purchase Necessary

• Eligibility:

• • The giveaway is open to all individuals who are legal residents of United States and are 18 years or older at the time of entry.
  • Employees, officers, directors, and agents of Kid Power, as well as their immediate family members and household members, are not eligible to participate.

• Giveaway Period:

• • The giveaway begins on July 1st at 7 a.m. EST and ends on September 15th at 12 a.m. EST. 
  • All entries must be received within this period to be considered.

• Entry Method:

• • No purchase is necessary to enter or win the giveaway.
  • Participants can enter by logging in to the Kid Power platform and actively using it during the summer months.
  • Each participant will automatically be entered into the giveaway based on their activity and usage on the platform.

• Giveaway Criteria:

• • The giveaway prizes will be awarded based on various criteria, including but not limited to:
  • Number of videos watched on the Kid Power platform during the giveaway period.
  • Total coins earned through activities on the Kid Power platform during the giveaway period.
  • The specific criteria for each prize category will be determined by Kid Power at its sole discretion.

• Prize Categories:

• • Various prizes will be awarded based on the criteria mentioned in Section 4.
  • The prizes may include, but are not limited to, 
    • Blippi merch box
    • Wonder Workshop school access (value $4000)
    • Classroom Champions SELF school access and one Team Mentorship+ access (value $2799)
    • Bari Koral course (soon to be valued at $400)
    • Kid Power Swag Bag
  • The winners will be determined according to the criteria specified by Kid Power.

• Winner Selection:

• • The winners will be selected based on the highest achievement in each prize category during the giveaway period.
  • In the event of a tie, the winner will be randomly selected from the tied participants.
  • The decision of Kid Power regarding the winners and prize allocation is final and binding.

• Winner Notification and Verification:

• • The potential winners will be notified via email/phone within 14 days after the giveaway ends.
  • The winners must respond to the notification within 30 days of receiving it, providing all requested information for verification.
  • If a potential winner does not respond within the specified time or fails to comply with these terms and conditions, an alternate winner may be selected.

• Publicity Release:

• • By participating in the giveaway, the winners agree to grant Kid Power the right to use their name, likeness, photograph, and/or any submitted materials for promotional purposes, without further compensation or notice.

• Privacy:

• • All personal information collected from participants will be used solely for the purpose of administering the giveaway and will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and Kid Power’s privacy policy.
  • Disqualification and Termination:
  • Kid Power reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms and conditions or engages in fraudulent or harmful activities.
  • Kid Power may also terminate or modify the giveaway at any time without prior notice or liability.

• Limitation of Liability:

• • Kid Power and its affiliates, partners, and employees shall not be held responsible for any damages, losses, or injuries incurred by participants or winners in connection with the giveaway or the use of the prizes.

• Governing Law:

• • The giveaway and these terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida, USA.
    
  • Any disputes arising from or in connection with the giveaway shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Florida, USA.

By participating in the Kid Power Summer Giveaway, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
